This week's show is titled "The First Trio Part 3 & More". I'll start out with selections from Le Voyage that I didn't have time for on the last show, a 1997 Italian recording 'Takiya! Tokaya!' that Paul and JF Jenny-Clark played on, an obscure 1978 recording 'Unexpected' that Paul and Steve Swallow played on, some new Steve Swallow and, if I don't run out of time, Carla Bley's 'Escalator Over the Hill'.

Quote from the album 'Unexpected':

the music herein being, for the most part, spontaneous responses by the players to unforeseen circumstances and unexpected predicaments.
